What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through a form: your name, email, phone number, property address, your selling timeline, the topic you pick, and your message. If you agree to texts, we also keep a record of the texting terms you agreed to and when.

How we use it

• To answer your request and provide real estate services
• To send you information you asked for
• To text you, only if you checked the box agreeing to texts

Text messages

Texting is optional and never a condition of working with us. Messages may be sent by automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or texting consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that handle your information

If you ask to get pre-approved and tick the box agreeing to it, we share your name, email, phone and buying details with our lending partner, Dave Waldschmidt of Canopy Mortgage, so he can contact you about a home loan. Canopy Mortgage's own privacy policy covers how they use it.

We do not sell your personal information. A few outside services help us run this website and respond to you, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Our client relationship system (LeadConnector, part of the Mashore Method CRM) receives forms on this site and sends our replies
• Web3Forms delivers some form requests to our email
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses
• Google Fonts provides the lettering on this site, so your browser connects to Google, which can see your IP address
• Google Analytics measures how visitors use this site
• Calendly handles appointment booking if you choose to book a time
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives information about your visits through the Meta Pixel, so we can measure and show our ads
• Real's HeyLeo runs our home search if you search homes

Our brokerage

We are licensed real estate agents brokered by Real Broker. Our brokerage may review client records as part of its normal oversight of our real estate work.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. Pages outside our California section also use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies so Meta can measure and show our ads, including to people who have visited this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
