Buying in the Tri-Cities

Let's get you home.

We start with what you want your days to look like, then find the home that fits. From the first showing to the day you get your keys, we keep a close eye on every deadline.

Four styles of homes: a modern farmhouse, city townhomes, a tree-lined neighborhood from above, and a classic two-story with a porch

How buying works with us

From first call to keys

  1. Your buyer consultation

What you want, your timeline, and how buying works here, step by step. Before we tour, we explain the buyer agreement and how we're paid, in writing.

  2. The right search

We set up a home search built around your list, so you see the right homes as they come on the market.

  3. Tours, in person or on video

Can't be here? We walk homes with you on live video and drive the neighborhood so you know what's around it.

  4. Offer and negotiation

We show you the recent sales behind the price and build an offer with a plan for what comes next.

  5. Inspections and deadlines

We keep track of every contract date, disclosure and document. We don't assume paperwork is right because someone else prepared it. We check.

  6. Closing day

Final walkthrough, signing and keys. Many closings can be done electronically or by mail if you're still out of state.

We figure it out.

Buying a home has a lot of moving parts. You'll always know what's happening, what the contract says and what your options are.
