    In real estate since 2003. She traded country farmstead life for the city, moving into Kingsport with her six kids and her husband, a USAF veteran and retired law enforcement officer, so she knows firsthand what a big move takes. Certified Military Expert, Certified Relocation Expert, and a Million Dollar Guild member of CLHMS.

    Jen pairs a generational real estate legacy with a deep background in corporate team-building and AI. She keeps our systems, smart automation and organization sharp, so every client gets fast, clear communication and nothing falls through the cracks. At home, she's a wife and a mom to one daughter.

Jennifer's story

"You'd be good at this."

At 23, a friend told Jennifer she'd be good at real estate. She started as an assistant to a Realtor, then joined RE/MAX Gold's largest team in Northern California at the time, and sold four homes in her first 30 days.

She doesn't assume a document is right because someone else prepared it. She checks, because for most people a home is their largest asset.

In 2025, she and her husband made their own move from California to Kingsport. Now she helps newcomers make the same move with their eyes open.

    Jennifer has been licensed in California since 2003 and is a Tennessee Affiliate Broker. She has been part of, and helped mentor, teams that have sold over 5,000 homes. She started mentoring agents six months into her career.

    Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's Million Dollar Guild, for agents with documented luxury experience.

  • Military and relocation

    Certified Military Expert and Certified Relocation Expert.
